Property Management is seeking (5) Laborer positions in and around the Philadelphia Area Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 1. Bulk trash, trash and debris removal 2. Appliance removal and transfers 3. Snow removal 4. Grass cutting, trimming shrubs and hedges, raking, watering 5. Light maintenance 6. Safely operate and maintain equipment 7. Follow safety procedures while performing duties 8. Cleaning, but limited to Other duties and special projects as assigned Requirements 1. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions 2. Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 pounds 3. Must have transportation to and from work 4. Must have valid paperwork to legally work in the United States 5.
