Need help delivering materials

I am in need of somebody that has a truck, a trailer would be extremely beneficial as well. Basically we will be delivering materials from various suppliers to various customers homes. Willing to pay somebody to just be a driver, willing to pay even more for some with the trailer, paying even more if you even more if you will give me a hand loading and unloading... It will be most the day thing....
