Bilingual Full-Time Maintenance Staff with HVAC certification (preferred) urgently needed for an apartment community.
Experience: Multi-Skilled Handyman: 5 years and above
License: Valid Driver's License
Certification: HVAC
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for general day-to-day maintenance, all make-readies, HVAC issues, and upkeep of the property
- Ensure all service requests, callbacks, and/or work orders are performed properly and promptly
- Respond to after hour calls and emergency situations such as HVAC, sewer back-ups, flooding, fires, etc
