We are a Property Management Company who has been in business over 50 years and are looking for a full time Residential Maintenance Technician to hire immediately. This position will work at apartments and houses located in Baldwin County. Candidate must: • Have 5 years of maintenance experience • Have strong skills in the following: - Plumbing - Electrical - Appliance Repair - HVAC (EPA certification preferred) • Be able to lift 75 lbs. • Have reliable transportation • Have excellent work references • Be able to pass a background check and drug screen upon applying.
