Can you Fix a Weird Plumbing Problem?

We added a new sink to a studio, and it worked for a while, then there was a leak, and we cut the water off - now I don't have any cold water! It's not the valve. The sink plumbing was connected through the bathroom sink, and it is run through the ceiling. Just looking at the inside of the cabinet with the plumbing, it looks wrong. Can you help?
