Need help with one-time lawn clean-up

Hi, I have not had a chance to clean up dead bamboo and plants since the big freeze and I need someone who knows what they're doing to come knock it out. It's a bunch of bamboo and some vines and trimming back an agave and then you tell me? Looking for someone who can also haul off all the dead material so a trailer is necessary. But I'm also very keen to find someone who actually knows what to cut and what not to cut. Please take a look at the attached videos and tell me how you would approach it. Videos here:
