Needed immediately general handy person to help maintain large-ish condominium complex. Work includes all aspects of grounds: trimming, weeding, irrigation, pruning trees, and maintenance upkeep: painting, staining, minor repairs, drywall, stucco, etc.
All of the following must apply to you:
Hard worker
Reliable/punctual
Good attitude
Willing to work on a team
Willing to be interrupted from one task to be called to another
Good personality/can interact with residents
Honest
Non-smoker/Non-drug user
