I am looking to speak with current or former customers of lawn care service or property management for a little survey that I am putting together. Full disclosure I am not a lawn care professional, nor am I in the industry whatsoever. What is your biggest complaint about the service that you receive/received? (Please be picky, any small detail matters) 2.) What services do you receive, and how much do you pay for these services? 3.) Of the above mentioned services, which services are included and which services are an added cost? 4.) What is the frequency of the service you receive? (In example; weekly, bi-weekly) 5.) Which services if any do you feel would be useful but you are currently not offered? 6.)
