URGENT HIRING NEED - ELECTRICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN $300 SIGN ON BONUS $300 BIWEEKLY ATTENDANCE BONUS $250 REFER A FRIEND BONUS $25/HOUR APPLY IN PERSON: STEVES AND SONS 5640 LEWIS RD, SANDSTON VA MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, PLUS AT OUR JOB FAIR ON SATURDAY APRIL 24, 2021 8-4 ************************************************************ This position requires experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing all types of electrical systems from 24-volt control systems to 110, 220 and 440 watts electrical. This position keeps the manufacturing floor running and is a critical component of our organization. Essential Functions: • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace electrical systems and manufacturing machines, throughout the manufacturing plant. • Work safely and efficiently to ensure minimal downtime for the production floor. • Collaborate with maintenance manager and plant general manager to develop and improve operating systems based on industry standards and best practices. • Continuously monitor all electrical components of the facility to locate small problems before they grow into larger issues. • Perform scheduled maintenance and routine diagnostic checks on all systems and machinery. • Inform maintenance manager of any issues or concerns for quick resolution.
