We are looking for a new home for our 4-year old German Shepard. Preferably someone with German Shepard experience and/or understands the energy level and characteristics of this breed. We have had Cesar for 5 months and now realize we don’t have the time to dedicate to him (working full time and are partners on a farm/wedding venue). We had him neutered and necessary shots (receipts available). We love Cesar and struggle with the decision in finding him a new home. Comes with 30” wide x 48” long x 32” high in-home kennel, dog dishes, collars, leash, dog food, etc. Cesar is/does (in no particular order): • Loves to play and swim in water (great fun and exercise) • Trained to trot/run alongside a bike (also great exercise) • Loves to play fetch with tennis ball • Rides well in our cargo van • Rides well in back of 4-wheeler (probably same for a truck??) • Good in the house (does not beg during meals or make noise after bedtime) • Limited barking (typically, not a barker) • Great with getting a bath • Good with other dogs (gets along at dog park) • Not food protective/aggressive • Very loyal • Knows basic commands; Come, Sit, Down, Stay, No. Working on “Drop It” w/tennis ball. • Not cat friendly • Not acclimated with kids?? (limited experience with him around kids) We have videos of Cesar playing fetch with tennis ball, playing in river and playing in a lake (available upon request). A rehoming fee of $450 applies.
