A) The lawn on my back yard needs tilled, old grass/weeds removed B) The lawn then needs to be graded and new sod to be laid. C) Old lawn with grass and weeds must be hauled away. Similar work for the retaining wall. D) One sprinkler head that needs to be replaced. You must ensure that you do not break any sprinkler head.
