Local owned company seeks hardworking responsible individuals to service one or more of our 9+ properties in the Tampa Bay Area. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS • Several openings for Level 1 & 2 Technicians. Successful candidates will be detail oriented and focused on customer service. The right candidates are self-motivate, can work independently as well as in a team, has good communication skills &and customer-oriented attitude. Required Job Skills. Painting, Drywall, Basic Plumbing, Basic Electrical, Basic HVAC maintenance, General Labor Task, General Grounds Keeping EXPERIENCED MOBILE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR • Seeking experienced Maint Supervisor with 5+ years' experience, Same Job skill criteria as above but must also include ADVANCE SKILLS in the following areas. Trouble shooting, Painting, Drywall, Plumbing, Electrical, General Labor Task, General Grounds Keeping, HVAC. Review and identify projects needed to be serviced by outside contractors; maintain files and inventory records of supplies; set priorities; coordinate several projects simultaneously; plan and coordinate work schedules. Extra incentive/reimbursement if you have pick up truck availible to use HVAC tech and facilities maintenance Minimum of 4 years verifiable field experience in troubleshooting, refrigerant recovery, system charging, and preventative maintenance procedures relating to heat pumps and conventional gas fired commercial package units. Current EPA certification card is required. Additional experience in appliance repair, plumbing, electrical and related trade skills a must. This position also requires skill in analyzing HVAC or appliance malfunctions and determining appropriate repairs All positions require: • Ability to prioritize, and organize various work orders. • Ability and willingness to work irregular work hours on occasion. • Provide proof of Clean Driving record • Willingness to work outside (if necessary) in inclement weather • Must be able to work a flexible schedule or on call if needed (am/pm/weekends & holidays) occasionally. • Must be neat in appearance and punctual, with good communication skills • Should be able to meet physical demands: lift 50 lbs, go up and down stairs &ladders. • Responds on-site within 30 minutes for emergency calls if needed EMERGENCY RESPONSE/RECOVERY ACTIVITIES: All employees will be required to work before, during, or after an Emergency.
