Description
Maintenance Technicians needed for retirement community. We require a minimum of 2+ years experience working as a general maintenance tech in a hotel or retirement community setting.
Must have general maintenance experience: plumbing to include drain cleaning, maintenance and repair; electrical repair and maintenance; drywall repair and painting; preventative maintenance on all equipment and buildings; lighting installation, repair and maintenance; knowledge of equipment repair and maintenance.
Excellent oral/written communication skills.
Sign on bonus-$750.00 paid in two installments
