PAINTER JOB DESCRIPTION: ∙ This is a Full Time, Temporary Position ∙ Washing, Caulking, Painting exterior of large apartment complex (18 buildings) ∙ Trim and siding repair ∙ Pay is provided on a bi-weekly basis ∙ $20+ per hour QUALIFICATIONS: ∙ Punctual ∙ Hard Worker ∙ Honest (has integrity) ∙ Follows direction ∙ Willing to work as a team ∙ Self Motivated ∙ Has a positive attitude ∙ Pass a background check ∙ Must have minimum 2-3 years painting experience
