Murrieta General Contractor Trying to Grow subcontractor list we are looking to expand out business and cannot continue to do all the work ourselves. We are looking for good subs to build a relationship with to grow together. We are at a point that we are turning down work because we are doing all the work ourselves and cant handle the load of work. We are a young company with younger owners looking to work with like minded and hungry subs that are looking to grow there own business. we need: Paint and stain Tile Quartz/granite Flooring Drywall Jack of all trades We are looking for licensed and insured subs. Sub contractor agreement required. You must add us an additional insured. W9 required. Must be willing to work on a net 7 to Net 14 some jobs will be different but most will be net 7.
