Staffing Network is now hiring Electronic Mechanical Assemblers for a electric gates company! We are looking for associates who are looking for long term stable work and available to start right away. Overview of Responsibilities for Electronic Mechanical Assemblers : Responsible for fitting, assembling and testing, electro-mechanical turnstile sub-assemblies and final assembly devices. Direct Responsibilities for Electronic Mechanical Assemblers: Ö Interpret instructions. Ö Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and drawings. Ö Read work orders, follow production drawings and sample assemblies, or receive verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed. Ö Order parts if needed. Ö Inspect parts for flaws and imperfections. Ö Mount assembled components on chassis panel. Ö Assemble electromechanical sub-assemblies. Ö Perform complex and repetitive electro-mechanical assembly operations. Ö Fasten cables and wiring. Connect component lead wires to printed circuit or routes and connects wires between individual component leads and connectors, terminals and contact points. Ö Computer installation of correct software version to turnstile device. Ö Position, align, and adjust parts for proper fit and assembly. Ö Tag or mark identifying information on parts. Ö Trouble-shoot electrical and mechanical problems. Ö Inspect, test, and adjust completed unit to ensure that unit meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements. Ö Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Works well in-group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. Ö Interpersonal Skills - Maintains confidentiality; Listens to others without interrupting; Keeps emotions under control. Remains open to others' ideas and tries new things. Ö Physical demand – Must be able to stand and work on feet up to 8 hours.
