We are hiring! Grizzly Turf Pros is currently looking to hire motivated and outgoing lawn care specialists to provide exceptional customer service! Hours vary seasonally but will usually result in full time from 7:30 AM- 5 PM during the servicing season, weather permitting. The pay rate for this position is between $10-14 per DOE. More if have sprinkler and landscape knowledge. Come join our fun and collaborative team! Responsibilities: Perform lawn care services such as applying fertilization or performing aerations Provide professional, courteous customer service Mow with walker mower, Trim along edge of property and trees, Edge all concrete side walks. Drive company vehicle to customers properties. Clear communication with your team and/or supervisor Qualifications: High school diploma (or GED) Valid driver’s license Excellent oral and written communication skills Advanced problem solving skills and proven time management Ability to work in a team environment Ability to work in a results-oriented environment Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds Able and willing to work in various weather conditions
