Lone Star Art was established in 2001 and is now a top 2000 largest seller on Amazon with our production facilities in Tomball, Texas. We are looking for a person for screen printing and basic woodworking. The ideal candidate has experience screen printing items and using a chop saw, router, and sander. You should be an energetic self-starter and team-player who is trustworthy and a fast learner. RESPONSIBILITIES Communicates effectively and continuously practices good listening with co-workers and leadership. Manages the logistics and follow through to completion, and updates all parties as needed. Operates all equipment and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others. Prioritizes and optimizes the workload to streamline the production flow. Frequently multi-tasks while maintaining extreme attention to detail and high quality control. Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment. QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or GED required. Experience operating screenprinting and basic woodworking machinery. Should have a clean driving record, current drivers license and be willing to have a background check. Good communication and people skills. Highly organized and detail oriented. Good project and time management skills. Able to work and complete tasks independently in a quick turn environment. Able to work collaboratively. High energy level. Prompt, reliable, and responsible. Able to lift 50+ pounds. Able to operate and maintain equipment. Ability to work 40+ hours per week. BENEFITS Paid Federal Holidays and Flex-Time after 6 months.
