Warehouse Logistics Associate FULL TIME AND PART TIME 735 BRADFIELD RD. 77060 $11.00 HR. TO START THEN $13 TO $15/HR DEPENDING ON YOUR PERFORMANCE. Position Summary: Ensures the smooth function of all warehouse activities, he/she needs to perform an array of functions that include receiving and processing incoming SKUs, picking and filling orders, packing and shipping orders, managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse. While maintaining the warehouse in a safe and orderly fashion. Responsibilities: Good understanding of working with computers various software and handheld scanners Shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise Pick and pack merchandise from shelves, tape boxes, place labels Sort and place materials or items in bins according to company standards Open crates and other containers Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer. May also assist in counting of physical inventory Track inventory of all supplies and maintain notes of any damaged goods and returned orders Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations organized and clean willing and able to use a mop and cleaning supplies Monitor ticketing system for pick requests Enter shipping data using appropriate scales, computer systems, forms, and measurements Be able and willing to lift 60 to 70 pounds Forklift certified preferred and able to operate diverse shipping equipment MUST BE willing to learn in a fast-growing environment
