Hiring HVAC Technicians [Fort Bend / Harris County]

*Open for Full-time/Part-time/Contract* The ideal candidates will possess a complete understanding of refrigeration function and theory. Technicians will need to be able to diagnose and perform replacement of HVAC related components, including air conditioners, furnaces, and ductwork. Position Responsibilities: • Install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems • Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements • Perform routine preventative maintenance • Respond to emergency maintenance requests • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures • Identifying maintenance risks on equipment • Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems • Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of with residential HVAC experience • Experience with light commercial HVAC is plus • Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams • Ability to handle physical workload • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills • High School Diploma or GED • Must have excellent customer service skills • Must be able to stand for long periods of time, do extensive kneeling, squatting, and stooping, and must be able to lift 50 pounds
