Currently seeking 10 General Laborers for Solar sites in the Goshen, NY area. Aerotek is the exclusive employer on this project and all hiring is done through us. REFERRAL BONUS: $50 per referral after your referral works for a month. You must be an active contractor on the site to be eligible to receive the bonus. Start Date: ASAP Duration: 2-3 month project in Newfield, NY on a solar farm performing solar panel installations. Future projects available, and opportunity to go permanent is available. Shift: Monday through Saturday mandatory. Monday through Friday hours will be 7am-5pm. Saturday hours are 7am-2/3pm. Description: Laborers will be required to do the installation and assembly of solar panels. No prior solar experience required, must be comfortable performing various labor tasks in an outdoor construction type setting. This job is on the books and is a W2 position. Candidates will be required to take a drug screen and complete on boarding paperwork. Must Haves: Willingness to work weekends and overtime, looking for candidates who are reliable and can be trusted to show up everyday. Candidates must also possess their own form of reliable transportation as the site is not accessible from public transportation. If you do not have transportation of your own, you can refer a friend that does have it and commute together and earn the referral bonus. Attendance every day is a must. Unexcused absences are not tolerated.
