I used to struggle with my weight & finally found a solution. This way of eating is cheaper and requires no upfront costs either. I keep seeing ads to become an advisor or trainer, but I need no papers to be able to coach anyone to reach their ideal weight, get healthier, and incidentally help the community in the process. I'm a retired librarian who has kept reading about health. My only goal is to help others who want my help. I have time to pursue volunteer activities and really design how I spend my time. Please contact me if you’re ready to shed pounds without being hungry, eating less often, or counting calories etc. This isn’t a diet so much as a new way of eating that you can continue for life because you’ll want to.
