Painting Foreman with Crew Needed ASAP!!

I am currently looking for a foreman with a crew of 2-3 people including him/her. I need someone who can wrap up a single or two story exterior in a week (5 days). I pay within 72 hours of job completion (check collected by me) and provide work weekly. In addition I cover all material costs. I am looking for a team who can transition to working for me exclusively so I can provide regular business, thus I know I have a regular crew who can take care of them. I require a background check (I pay for) and 2 forms of ID (Driver's license, SS Card, etc.). Paint crew will need to have all related equipment (truck, ladders, power washer, paint sprayer, brushes, etc.). I have plenty of work and not enough crews. I run a tight company with proven results across the board from 5 star reviews to high worker compensation. Essentially the deal is I will provide you with weekly work, quick pay checks, and bonuses; in exchange you will provide me with a quality, 5-star product on every job, no exceptions.
