Looking nationwide for Men and Women 18-64 to join us for an upcoming discussion on the topic of Chronic Kidney Disease. We will pay a $150 to those people who qualify and are invited to join us for a 2 hour discussion taking place on Monday, May 3rd @ 11:00 am, or 2:30 pm; Tuesday, May 4th @ 10:00 am, or 1:30 pm; and Wednesday, May 5th @ 12:30 pm or 3:30 pm. This study will take place online. All times are in Mountain Time. If you are interested in participating, please sign up and take the survey to see if you qualify!
