Help Wanted – Full time on the books Superintendent’s assistant – Responsibilities: Handyman jobs, Porter duties & light landscaping for small residential building Knowledge of general repairs/cleaning, plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, carpentry, driver’s license a plus. 40hrs a week on the books, $20hr Reliable steady work Northwest Yonkers.
