MOLLY MAID is seeking to hire a full-time Janitor. · Provide general maintenance and services to equipment. · Report areas in need of maintenance/repairs. · Perform general clean of all areas of the building as directed. · Manage routine upkeep of exterior areas, green space and parking lot · Pick up merchandise/equipment in the community. · Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up · Respond to emergency situations (on call) for snow removal, salt application to walkways (de-ice) etc. · Maintain the facility's buildings and environment in accord with standards of regulatory agencies. · Work with the inter-disciplinary team when appropriate in the provision of job duties. · Promote and support the environment of positive behavior support. Maintaining values such as integrity, respect for self and all others, dignity, self control and respect. · Attend in-service training sessions, staff meetings and seminars as needed. · Perform all other assigned duties. Qualifications · Knowledge of maintenance and repair demonstrated competency and/or related experiences in maintenance work. · Valid NYS drivers license. · Must be able to read and write English. * Capacity to take direction * Strong attention to detail * Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary Please submit your resume to: [email protected]
