Maintenance Manager • Perform maintenance tasks as required including, trash removal, dishwashing, floor maintenance, simple repairs. • Schedule and supervise staff • Operate mechanical systems (BMS, hot water heaters, HVAC equipment) • Place orders for repairs and verify that equipment was left in working order • Verify payroll • Place orders for equipment and supplies • Perform inventories • Inspect facility to assure high degree of cleanliness and repair • Arrange for and receive deliveries • Coordinate with loading dock for deliveries • Available to work occasional weekends and nights, on call for emergencies • Familiarity with Word and Excel
