Seeking Building Superintendent. NON Union Job Company seeking a superintendent for 2 small walk up apartment buildings all within 20 mins of each other. Total amount of units is 37. This is a 1 man show handling repairs and cleaning is your responsibility. Must have the ability to manage your time efficiently. Previous work related experience required. Drivers license is a plus. When not working at the buildings we have handyman work at other locations. 3 month probation period. Basic responsibilities include 1.) Daily garbage and recycling organization/sorting/removal 2.) Maintain overall cleanliness of all common spaces including roof drains, rear yard, lobby and hallways 3.) Basic repairs within common areas and apartments such as painting hallways, apartments and sheetrock repair as well as molding and woodworking. Repair leaks in bathroom/kitchen, radiator valves etc 4.) Ability to communicate well with office manager, tenants and building manager for status of repairs, work order status 5.) Must have general knowledge/experience with Electric, Plumbing, Carpentry Salary 30-35k/year. In addition, any additional work that is scheduled outside of the 2 buildings is paid at $15 an hour.
