Admin Assistant needed FAST GROWING UPSCALE CONSTRUCTION COMPANY – IS Searching for Administrative Assistant - 40 hours / week. This is a salary position with bonus opportunities. You are always looking for ways to make collecting and distributing information look easy. You will assist in the total operations of a roofing installation company. Prospects for roof installations are found through paid ads, call center outreach, Leads are followed up by salespeople. Schedules are interrupted by weather, materials, priorities, etc. Installations are completed and problems often arise in the process of installations. Final payment is finalized. You will be the first contact. What else will you might learn and use: - How to use Quick Books - Use a CRM (customer relationship management) Software The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about learning. Extra points to bi-lingual (Spanish/English/Portuguese) You may... - Communicate and/or manage logistical details: schedule sales leads, manage purchase/delivery of materials, obtain permits, etc. - Monitor deadlines for your manager. Requirements: - Have an attitude of service – How can I make the customer feel comfortable. Flexible attitude and good judgment - Proficient in Word, Excel, Internet - Must be a good listener and MUST BE ABLE TO TAKE DIRECTION - Good communication skills - Be able to work independently: computer work/scheduling staff - Must be able to interface with customers in a polite professional manner - MUST BE on time and dependable - Very good phone skills and the ability to establish solid rapports with prospects/customers Who will NOT likely fit? Someone who:... just "needs a job";... who think this sounds "cool" and wants to "try it out";...who has is not willing to do the grunt work.... who wants/needs a highly structured environment and hates surprises and change of direction....who needs a high degree of direction....who has done a little of this and a little of that and just hopes that dream job is going to come along and HIRE them. …this is probably NOT the job for you.
