Our goal is to achieve golf course quality conditions while exceeding client expectations. Position Overview Sprouts Customs Lawns is looking for a motivated candidate to join our expanding business. We specialize in commercial and residential lawn care services. This job is designed to strengthen your ability to diagnosis and correct all turfgrass concerns. This opportunity will allow the candidate to familiarize themselves with the business side of owning and operating a lawn care company. Day to day operations include but are not limited to the following: · Scheduling and documenting work · Monitoring properties · Performing routine applications · Diagnosing and correcting turf diseases and insect issues · Meeting with residential and commercial clients · Performing slice seeding, aeration, drainage projects, over-seeding and major turfgrass renovations · Learning, understanding, and adhering to all safety rules and company policies Requirements · Valid driver’s license · Pesticide Applicator License or ability to obtain license · Saturdays and weekly overtime hours may be required during peak season Opportunity · Offering a unique entrepreneurial opportunity for turfgrass professionals · Opportunity to further develop your turf management skills with challenges not found on standard turf professions · Direct supervisions and monitoring from owners · Individuals will have learned how to successfully lead turf care programs on their own.
