Job Description Otto's Landscaping is a growing, successful landscaping company of 27 years looking for hardworking, reliable, productive Landscape, Hardscape and Lawn Maintenance Laborers and Foremen Benefits - Industry leading compensation - Overtime pay - Paid time off - Paid holidays - Opportunity for advancement Full or Part time Salary (Hourly): $13-15 entry level $15-$18 qualified laborers $18+ for qualified technicians and foremen This will depend on your experience and availability (see below). Must have the following: -Lawn Division: Minimum of 1-2 yrs experience with commercial mowers and similar equipment for entry level and laborer positions. Minimum of 3-4 yrs to qualify for foremen position. -Landscape and Hardscape Division: NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED but we prefer a minimum of 1-2 yrs experience with plant/paver knowledge/installation, maintenance and familiarity of small machine experience for entry level and laborer positions. Minimum of 3-4 yrs to qualify for foremen position. -Reliable transportation WITH VALID Drivers License and vehicle. -Experience in general property maintenance; lawn mowing, string trimming, shrub and minor tree pruning, mulching, and bed edging. -Previous experience in landscaping with the installation of plants or hardscaping is a plus. -Ability to read and implement a landscape design (preferred but not required) -Appreciation with working outdoors -Be able to see a job through completion. -Be responsible, have a pleasant and friendly attitude. -Willing to work until 6pm during the week and possible Saturdays during peak times of season -Be able to pass a background check and drug test This is a great opportunity to work for and grow in a successful business that has served it clients for 27 yrs.
