ATA Lawn and Landscape, LLC. is looking for skilled individuals who have experience in the landscaping & lawn mowing industry. Our clientele is mostly residential clients who expect a friendly, reliable, honest service while providing the highest level of quality work. We are looking for an employee that can grow with the company showing passion in their work. Being friendly with the customers (strong customer service relations) and perfecting every last detail in the service has led us to the success we have had. We are a first class service. Requirements: - Previous landscape experience is preferred but not required. - Method of transportation to our facility in Berlin NJ, valid drivers license is a plus (required for foreman). - Hard working, honest, friendly characteristics towards our customers, our current employees and towards our well maintained equipment. We want a crew that executes jobs with the highest level of quality, while taking care of our customers. It plays a big role in the mission statement of the company. - An individual who is on time. We offer plenty of over time, and take care of our employees. What we provide: - Paid 1 week vacation. - Paid holidays - New and well maintained equipment and trucks. - Sundays off, Saturdays only if rain during the week. - Steady work from March to December with unemployment in the off season. - A safe working environment and honest employment. - We take care of our people and value them as #1 asset of our brand (employees of the month, monthly employee days where we have catered lunches, we have had the same crew for over 5-6 years). - We responsibly have fun at work through having high moral crew leaders.
