The Terraces at Metairie will be conducting a Maintenance Job Fair Wednesday, April, 21st from 8am to 2pm! We have immediate needs for a Maintenance Supervisor and Maintenance Tech. Maintenance Supervisor (50K + Free Housing) • Effectively lead by example and effectively manage maintenance crew • Assist the Property Manager with interview process when needed • Performs various hands-on community maintenance functions • Assist w/ resident service requests and issues • Maintain activity log • Reports any issues to the Property Manager Maintenance Tech ($18/hr + 35% Housing Discount) • Responds to resident service requests and concerns in a timely manner • Ensure apartment units are move-in ready • Assists in upkeep of common areas, pools and community HVAC systems • Reports any maintenance concerns for repairs on vacants, models, clubhouse, and/or common areas to the Maintenance Supervisor Requirements • HVAC/EPA certification is a MUST • Be able to perform on-call duties is a MUST • Prior industry experience is a MUST We look forward to visiting with you in-person at The Terraces at Metairie, 3913 N.
