Event Production company is promoting a welcome back POST -COVID event for its customer base and clientele, and is seeking a fast paced energetic smart assistant to handle phones, make calls, interface with vendors, do ordering and purchasing and have a true knowledge and love of social media and promoting events / finding resources on social media. We are seeking someone with knowledge of or access to obtaining a small but good gospel choir (no more than 8-12 members, due to current restrictions), knowledge of other talent or performers, poets, etc., food ordering of light hors d'oeuvres, and who has access or knowledge of cool vendors or decorating ideas for our midtown event location.
Immediate hire. Flexible hours. $25.00 an hour. Good money, great contacts, exciting event, celeb clientele.
