Responsibilities: Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. Inspect equipment and other operations factors to predict issues and malfunction Work within the systems in place to order parts and maintain duplication where deemed critical Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties. Requirements: Minimum of five (5) years of manufacturing experienceStrong hydraulic, pneumatic, plumbing, electrical, mechanical and industrial skillsHigh school diploma or GED required; Degree in mechanical, electrical or industrial maintenance preferredApprenticeship or education and maintenance experience equivalency required Ideal candidate will have working knowledge of TPM, including implementation experience and expertiseAbility to work Sunday – Thursday, 11 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. (includes shift differential) Employee Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Long Term and Short Term Disability, Life Insurance401k Voluntary Supplemental Life Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts EAP
