Pfizer COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic on 4/24, Dose #2 May 15. MUST be 16 and over, No Residency Requirement. MUST NEED DOSE 1 & DOSE 2. The Itasca Park District is hosting a small clinic on Sat, April 24th, with Dose #2 on Sat, May 15th. Both doses will be scheduled at the same appointment time and location.
