I found what appears to be a diamond but could be cubic zirconia or glass - I haven't had it professionally appraised. It looks like a standard type that might be found in a wedding ring or other similar jewelry. This is just the gem itself, and not the jewelry it came from. This item was found in Spokane. If you lost one, I'll want you to tell me where and describe it to me, or otherwise positively identify it.
