Representative Sharon Har will be hosting her annual Kapolei Clean and Green Day, a free community recycling event. Held in conjunction with Earth Day, this event allows residents to clear their homes of clutter and raise funds for school and community programs.
WHEN: Saturday, April 24, 2021, 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 am
WHERE: Kapolei High School Parking Lot, 91-5007 Kapolei Parkway, Kapolei, HI 96707
Partners include: T & N Computer Recycling Services, Electronic Manufacturers Recycling Management Company, Interstate Batteries, the Lions Club, Menehune Water Company, United Cerebral Palsy of Hawaii, GCA of Hawaii, the Bella Project, Poi Dogs and Popoki, Dress for Success YWCA, Keep the Hawaiian Islands Beautiful, Dignity Borthwick Mortuary-Hawaii Memorial Park, Soares Truck Rental, Hawaii Food Bank, and Kapolei High School. *Due to Covid-19 restrictions, there will be no document shredding service this year.
