Self-explanatory Roommate recently went out of town, left dishes & decided being gone negated any responsibility for what's left. I washed about half of what was in there but really have no interest in finishing the rest. Probably take 30-45m max so considering $30 to be generous. In any case may hit up with better offers in the future when I have more money than problems. No need to dry or anything fancy I have a rack. Place itself is very clean no need for hazmat suit or anything. I'll be working in an adjacent room & won't be a bother but might offer coffee or something. I will supply: Soap, clean sponges, paper towels hand sanitizer. Can meet first at Whole Foods for meet & greet & exchange identification if you like. Worth noting place is wifi-surveilenced & monitored so no ill intent if you catch my drift. Many thanks!
