Join Promises Behavioral Health, Barre3 Brentwood, and Wild Heart Meditation in celebrating Mental Health Month! Benefiting Thistle Farms. May is Mental Health Month, and Promises Behavioral Health is providing opportunities to connect with our community, raise awareness for mental health, and provide resources to learn about new mental health programs coming to Nashville this spring. What a better way to celebrate this month than by taking some time to move your body, and your mind? Join us at One Franklin Park, where our friends at Barre3 Brentwood will lead us in a 45 minute workout, followed by Wild Heart Meditation guiding us through a 5 minute meditation to end the class. All proceeds from this donation-based class will be benefiting our friends over at Thistle Farms. Bring a friend, your yoga mat (if you wish), and some water! We are excited to move with you. About Thistle FarmsThistle Farms is a nonprofit social enterprise dedicated to helping women survivors recover and heal from prostitution, trafficking, and addiction. Women survivors provide leadership roles in every department. Over the past year, these enterprises collectively reached more than 40,000 customers, providing over $2m in income for survivors. A portion of all sales is donated to initiatives that are supporting those with or at risk of mental health disorders.
