Athlete Development Spring Break Camps will focus on speed & agility, strength & power. These camps are each two-days for each focus area.
Athlete Development Speed and Agility: This camp will emphasize both linear and multi-directional speed. This will allow the athlete to develop specific movement skills under reactive and non-reactive conditions to optimize transfer in sport.
Monday, June 21st and Wednesday, June 23rd, 2021
9-12 years old @ 9am-10:30am 13 and older @ 1pm-2:30pm
Athlete Development Strength and Power: Power and strength are highly important for all sports. This camp will focus on utilizing plyometrics, medicine balls, Olympic lift variations, and strength movements to increase the rate of force development.
Tuesday, June 22nd and Thursday, June 24th, 2021
9-12 years old @ 9am-10:30am 13 and older @ 1pm-2:30pm
