Description

Looking for an experienced maintenance/re-modeler for apartments; i.e., installation of cabinetry, drywall, mudding, lay flooring, installation of tile, etc. Work will take you throughout the Grand Rapids area. Must be detailed oriented. This will be a 1099 contractor position and all jobs are piecework. Each week you will be responsible to provide an invoice for jobs completed. Must be able to work independently and provide a topnotch finished product. You must have your own tools. Only responsible persons with clean, neat appearance and attendance need apply!!! Reliable transportation is a must!!!
