The Reno-Tahoe Young Professionals Network (YPN) is proud to again be presenting the highly-acclaimed Annual Non-Profit Night! Returning for the 13th year, YPN members and the community at large are looking forward to, more than ever, connecting with non-profits and making a difference in the communities in which we live, work, and play. Event Details: Reno-Tahoe Young Professionals Network’s13th ANNUAL NON-PROFIT NIGHT*Powered by the National Automobile Museum*Wednesday, May 26th 5:30pm - 7:30pmat the National Automobile Museum 10 South Lake St, Reno, NV 89501Parking can be found in the lot behind/east of the Museum. Exhibitor Information: - Load In occurs through the main doors facing the river/Lake Street between 4:45pm and 5:30pm - Load Out occurs after 7:30pm, please ‘leave no trace’ in your exhibit area. - Booth location assignments will be available at check-in on the 26th. - Booth spaces include one 6’ round table and 2 chairs. Exhibitors are welcome to bring any additional preferred supplies. o Should exhibitors choose to bring a 6’ rectangular table to substitute for the provided round table, please notify the event team by replying to this email before May 24th. o Booths do not include linens or electrical connections. o Any special requests should be submitted prior to May 24th. - Exhibitors are invited to bring an unlimited number of volunteers to work their booth. Please have all volunteers register as an attendee at this link: https://forms.gle/G38M6513fJ6eaGbz8 - Please keep public health standards top of mind to prevent the spread of COVID-19. All attendees must wear a mask covering their nose and mouth when not actively drinking or eating. COVID-19 venue capacity will be adhered to and wait lines may be possible.
