Four2five Wellness presents Intuitive dancing, stretching, cacao ceremony and Reiki Join us for special evening of West African beats ( a blend of Cape Verdean Creole sound + Palo Dominican sound also originating in the Congo region of central West Africa). The healing drink of cacao will be provided and we will flow into rhythm led by our dance instructor. Next we wind down stretch it out and ground in breath .
