KC Wineworks is hosting a charcuterie workshop with local charcuterie artist Claire the Charcutier! After one amazingly successful workshop, Claire the Charcutier and KC Wineworks are BACK! Join charcuterie artist Claire the Charcutier in making a unBRIElievable, show stopping, and mouth watering charcuterie board. We’ll walk through shopping, pairings, and the 3 key tips to make any board a work of art. All ingredients and supplies will be provided to make one charcuterie board per person during the workshop. Every Claire the Charcutier workshop is different, new skills and cheeses will be showcased at each one. Varieties of KC Wineworks wine to pair with your board will be available to purchase for $5 per glass. This event for guests 21 years and older only. Guests will be spread out in the space and masks will be required any time you are not actively eating or drinking.
