Learn to Ride! Women & Girls Introduction to Motocross Harold Motor Sports (HMS), in partnership with Southeast Women's MX (SWMX) is hosting an introductory lesson & ride day to introduce more female riders to the sport of motocross. HMS is able to provide some dirt bikes for this event, but if you have your own you are encouraged to bring it! All attendees must be able to ride a bicycle, and be at least 5 years old. All attendees must bring their own helmet & goggles. These WILL NOT be provided by HMS. You are encouraged to bring your own gloves & chest protector as well, but HMS will have some to loan out for the day. Affordable gear can be found on Amazon or Walmart. All attendees must wear jeans or dirt bike pants, and sneakers or boots. T-shirts are allowed. This event is targeted towards new and beginner riders, please do not sign up if you are an experienced rider as we only have limited spots. Experienced riders should check out Southeast Women's MX FB page for more events. Male friends & family members are allowed & encouraged to support and attend, but only the women/ girls will be able to participate in the lessons for this event. There will be a morning & an afternoon session on Saturday, May 8th, 2021. Due to parking limitations & the way the track is set up, there will be certain times when you can arrive/depart to avoid conflict with dirt bikes. Please be on time!
