BALTIMORE COUNTY, MD — The I-95 Express Toll Lanes will be closed overnight Thursday into Friday for routine inspections, according to officials. Drivers will need to take the main Interstate 95 lanes during the closures. Here is when the Express Toll Lanes will be closed, the Maryland Transportation Authority advised: Southbound I-95 Express Toll Lanes — 9 p.m. Thursday, April 22, to 5 a.m. Friday, April 23Northbound I-95 Express Toll Lanes — midnight to 7 a.m. Friday, April 23
