Description

It's Cinco de Mayo, the perfect time to explore aged Tequilas and Mexican food at our next Barrel Club with Milagro Tequila. Barrel Club is a series of spirit focused dinners and tastings at Chaz. At Barrel Club you'll have the opportunity to try different spirits from a particular distiller, region, or style, try cocktails prepared with them, and enjoy a specially created pairing menu from Executive Chef Shawn Hartwig. It's May, and that means it's time to get outside and enjoy the weather! Cinco de Mayo, begun as a tribute to Mexico's victory over the French in 1862, has since become a celebration of Mexican American culture. What better time to feature Mexico's National drink, Tequila, at our monthly Barrel Club on the beautiful patio at The Raphael Hotel? For May's Barrel Club, we'll be featuring the Select Barrel Reserve Tequilas from Milagro, in cocktails and on their own. Four Tequilas paired with a four course authentic Mexican dinner created by Executive Chef Shawn Hartwig, all served out on the Patio. We think that sounds like a pretty great way to spend a Wednesday.
