Let’s find gratitude for what serves us and release emotions through a restorative yoga practice as we harness the energy of the full moon Meet me by the trees to the left of the pier on beautiful Dania Beach as we enjoy an evening of setting intentions, yoga and optional reiki. Reiki is an unconditional loving healing energy that exists within us all. I will be offering this healing to you during shavasana(final resting pose). It is totally optional so feel free to come and just flow.🧘🏽‍♀️ We will also be setting intentions and releasing emotions as these events are set up to coincide with the cycles of the moon. I look forward to guiding you through this experience. 🌚🌝 I honor the space in you where love and beauty dwell, and when you in turn honor that space in me, we are truly in a state of oneness. So from my heart to yours Namaste 🙏🏽 Parking: There is a large parking lot with metered parking right next to the pier. *Please bring a Yoga mat and/or blanket, Water and Mask This is an outdoor event and guests are encouraged to maintain social distancing (6ft apart).
