Description

Learn about supplementation strategies for the cow herd when forages alone can't meet the cow's nutritional needs. This seminar is sponsored by the South Florida Beef Forage Program of the University of Florida Cooperative Extension Service. It is part of a continuing multi-county effort to help South Florida ranchers raise and market high quality beef cattle profitably. When forages are in short supply, especially during low rainfall and the winter season, beef cattle operators need to implement a plan to meet the nutritional requirements of the beef cattle herd. Join us on September 23 to learn about strategies for meeting those needs so that you can make informed decisions as you develop your winter supplementation plan!
